I ordered a fabulous cherry pie for my birthday in May and the crust was absolutely yummy! I could hardly tell it was gluten free. The filling was wonderful as well.

Fluffy no-yeast bread has really good texture. I had an egg salad sandwich with it, and it didn't fall apart! The flavor was delicious, and I really enjoyed it.

Even though I didn't like raisins, I tried the Irish soda bread. I have to say it was delicious. I used it as toast in the morning, and it was so good. I also enjoyed just having a piece of it anytime. I like the texture, and I love the flavor. I think it is delicious. I now like raisins.
