Callie Walker, Owner and Baker

When my then fiancé now husband was diagnosed with a wheat allergy, I started my gluten-free baking journey. Taking my five years of working in a bakery, baking as a child, and my love of all things sweet (except anything that sticks in my teeth), I strove to make gluten-free goodies that were delicious and not gritty or crumbly. With the help of many blogs and finding the right gf flour blend, I started making custom cakes for my nieces and nephew. Pretty soon, other people wanted custom cakes too. And Gotta Be Gluten Free was born!

Hi, I'm Callie.

I bake all these gf treats in my home and always with the special ingredient of love.

I enjoy being creative, but my main mission is to bake delicious treats. Taste and texture come first, then comes decoration.

You can choose your cake flavor, filling flavor, and flavor of buttercream. Give me some ideas for your cake, and I'll come up with a fun and decorative tasty cake.

All products are homemade and are not prepared in an inspected food establishment.
There is a pet on the premises; she is locked out of the kitchen during all food preparation.
